Acquisition Rebrand

Following Tnemec’s acquisition of Epoxytec, the existing brand was refreshed to align more closely with its new parent company while preserving key elements that resonated with existing customers. The hexagonal motif from the original logo was intentionally retained to maintain continuity and market awareness within the industry. However, the color palette and typography were updated to reflect Tnemec’s brand standards, creating a more cohesive visual relationship between the two entities. The result honors Epoxytec’s legacy while positioning it clearly within the Tnemec family—distinct, yet unified.
